Ms. Chen attended university in Taiwan and, after successfully completing her studies this year, prepared to return to Shanghai. She reached out to Care Pet Transport online five months in advance to inquire about the relocation process.

 

The communication was very smooth. Ms. Chen was highly organized and handled the necessary documentation well ahead of time. With all documents in order, the processing speed with the quarantine officers was significantly faster.

 

The lively and energetic Lucy was especially happy after returning home. She has even gained a few kilograms under her grandmother’s care! :)
